Establishing an Account |
In order to establish an account with Custom Creations Furniture, each industry professional must provide the following information.

Terms of Sale |
A 50% deposit is required on all orders. Balances are due upon completion of each project and prior to shipment. If you choose to pay the balance by check, we must receive the check before the piece may leave our facility. | |||||||||||||||||||
Purchase Orders |
A typed or written purchase order is required for each project. Acknowledgement of the purchase order will be indicated on the project invoice. In the event of a discrepancy, please notify our firm immediately. | |||||||||||||||||||
Lead Time |
Custom Creations Furniture offers its clients a lead time of 6-8 weeks on most custom orders.** In order to ensure the timely delivery of all of our clients’ pieces, exceptions to this policy will not be made under any circumstances. * Lead time may vary depending on specific details of each piece; ** Lead time for each project begins when a purchase order, deposit and fabric are received). |

Dimensions |
All Custom Creations Furniture and DE LA TORRE COLLECTION pieces are hand made and as such will have slight variations with regard to overall dimensions and wood finishes. | |||||||||||||||||||
Order Changes |
Custom Creations Furniture requires that up-dates and/or changes to the original order are provided in writing and with the understanding that up-charges may apply based on changes made. | |||||||||||||||||||
Cancellations |
Custom Creations Furniture will accept cancellatoins under the following circumstances:

Returns |
Since each piece hand crafted by Custom Creations Furniture is made to order, returns will not be accepted. Pieces purchased from our showroom floor may be returned within 10 business days in new, undamaged condition but will incur a 20% restocking fee.* | |||||||||||||||||||
Fabric |
Fabrics and trims must be prepaid and may be drop-shipped directly to our facility. We ask that a side mark with your name, your client’s name and the project be included with each roll. Please have all fabric and trims sent directly to: 1200 Missouri Street, Houston, Texas 77006 |

Estimates |
DE LA TORRE COLLECTION is happy to provide you with estimates for any of the products and/or services we offer. In order to ensure the most accurate estimate, we request that you provide us with as detailed information as possible. Some of the details we will need from you are listed below:

Delivery and Installation |
Clients are responsible for their own freight and crate shipping expenses. Receiving, uncrating, installing and dressing-out are the customer’s responsibilities. You are welcome to use any delivery company with whom you currently conduct business. In the event that Custom Creations Furniture expedites the shipment, it is understood that Design Logistics will be utilized when shipping to cities outside the Houston area and either Custom Creations Furniture or C&M Design Services will be utilized locally. Custom Creations Furniture is not responsible for damage occurring in transit or in storage. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to note any damage on the shipper’s receipt. Damages should be immediately reported to the shipper by the purchaser. Any pursuance of a claim is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be advised Custom Creations Furniture will not release any furniture without prior notification from the purchaser. Th Purchaser's full understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. |

Warranty |
Custom Creations Furniture offers a lifetime warranty on custom built frames and a one year warranty on cushioning and craftsmanship against normal wear and tear. | |||||||||||||||||||
